The Trendy Boutique Return Policies

Please read carefully - there are different procedures for each type of item.

Watches may be returned for a full refund for any reason if still in "like new" condition.  Any return shipping charges are the purchaser’s responsibility, unless the item is defective.  Defective watches can be exchanged for the same style or another style of the same price.


Non-personalized Jewelry

We offer a 15-day unconditional money-back gurantee on all merchandise less shipping costs. Please e-mail for a Return Form and instructions.

Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. All returns must be made in a sturdy box. Returns sent in envelopes or padded envelopes may be refused due to potential for crushing damage during transit.

Returns after 25 days are at the sole discretion of The Trendy Boutique and may be subject to restocking fees of 5% or more.  Shipping charges are not refundable. Items damaged in transit during return are customer's responsibility.



Monogrammed jewelry, handbags and accessories

All personalized jewelry and gifts are non-refundable.  If the products are damaged, they will be replaced using the exact engraving as the original order.

This includes all monogrammed jewelry.

This includes the following personalized handbags:

Addison, Alex, Bella, Cameron, Candy, Carmen, Cassie, Charleston, Coco, Darby, Janice, Jenny, Jolie, Liza, Mallory, Maryann, Natalie, Samantha, Veronica, Vivian

This includes the following personalized accessories:

Monogrammed buttons, ponytail holders, keychains, button mirrors

If the products are damaged, they will be replaced using the exact engraving as the original order.


Non-monogrammed handbags, totes and duffel bags

If the item was not monogrammed, it may be returned via the following procedure:

  1. A Returned Goods Authorization (RGA) number must first be obtained by requesting by e-mail to This number allows us to track your package through the return process. This RGA must be clearly marked on the outside of your package. Failure to indicate this RGA number on the outside of your package may result in delayed processing time. No claim for return will be accepted without first obtaining an RGA number.
  2. A copy of the original invoice with the returned item circled must accompany the RGA.
  3. All returns that are not damaged of a defect in materials or workmanship will be assessed a 15% restocking fee. These goods must also be returned in their original packaging and in resalable condition.
  4. No returns will be accepted after 30 days of the original invoice date other than items that are broken due to the defect in materials or workmanship.
  5. Damaged items will be repaired or replaced at the discretion of The Trendy Boutique. If it is determined that there is no damage, the item will be returned to the customer at their cost and no credit will be issued.
  6. Any applicable return postage credits will be issued only if the package is returned using standard US Postal Service. Credits will not be issued for upgrade to Priority Mail, Delivery Confirmation of Insurance


Photo Jewelry and accessories

Because each piece is custom, refunds will not be issued.  If the item was received damaged or defective, contact for replacement instructions.


Stamped Jewelry

Because each piece of hand stamped jewelry is created once you place your order, we unfortunately, cannot accept returns.  If the item was received damaged or defective, contact for replacement instructions.


Design Your Own Handbags

We take  great pride in providing custom designer handbags.  Quality products and quality sewing standards are used.  All products are guaranteed to be free from defects both in materials and craftsmanship.  Any defect must be reported within 10 days of delivery of item.  Contact

The Trendy Boutique is not responsible for the normal wear and tear of a handbag or the actual outcome of the design that is chosen.

Custom designed handbags are non-refundable.


Design Your Own Flip-flops
You can return your flip-flops for any reason within 10 days of receiving the order and as long as they have never been worn. A full refund will be given once they have been received.  Any return shipping charges are the purchaser’s responsibility.
